Vision:

People are aware of epilepsy and people with epilepsy are living with dignity and enjoying their rights to health services.

To promote the comprehensive epilepsy health service in Nepal, with especial focus on neglected epilepsy, by working closely with the Ministry of Health and other line ministries and civil society organizations

Its establishment in 26/09/1986 became a reality through the encouragement and support of Dr. Kun Hoo Rhee and Dr. C.C. Park, prominent psychiatrists from South Korea, who visited Nepal with the vision of establishing organization similar to Korean Epilepsy Association (KEA).
